Our St-Constant clinic has been designated as the region's specialized clinic offering a personalized care program for soft tissue injuries resulting from road accidents (neck, shoulder, elbow, back, knee, ankle or other sprain, muscle or joint injury such as pulled or stretched muscles). The program is tailored to clients' individual needs. It focuses on educating clients about their injury, controlling and treating pain, relieving symptoms and preventing relapses.

Clients are promptly evaluated by a physiotherapist and any change in their condition is closely monitored by a team of health professionals. In cases where patients aren't recovering well, a multidisciplinary team (physician, physiotherapist, occupational therapist and psychologist) meets with them to discuss the course of their recovery. This personalized approach allows access to a wide range of customized and timely treatments. In addition, clients can stay in regular contact with their SAAQ officer throughout the entire medical follow-up process.
