Having a master’s degree in physiotherapy, I-Hua studied at Université Laval where she had the opportunity to do international internships in physiotherapy (Belgium) and outside Quebec (Alberta). She also acted as a student-carer for junior and youth football, soccer and basketball. I-Hua followed numerous continuing educations in the areas of running injury prevention and concussion prevention, detection and management. The approaches she advocates as a physiotherapist are activation and motivation, coaching, promotion of physical activity and prevention. Professionally, she is interested in manual therapy, the McKenzie approach, global postural re-education and dry needles as well as neural mobilizations. On a personal note, she enjoys swimming, running, biking and hiking and shows interested in arts, origami and travel.
